I recently brought an Acer Spin 3 i3, 8th generation 2 in 1 laptop. everything worked fine until one and half months, but then the back case left hinge side is broken, i use the laptop only for office purpose, and no rough use at all. I have turned it 360 hardly two times. And its been two months after my first complaint and waiting for 1 month to receive the so-called spare part from Taiwan. AM I the ONLY person with this type of problem or anyone else there?
