My acer aspire switch 11 SW5-171 keeps telling me no bootable device found why?

    And each time I try to load windows into it, it does not detect its own ssd why?

    Which HDD are you using to install the operating system? As you have to use the LiteOn SSD (L8H-128V2G which cannot be removed or replaced so its unluckily that this is the problem) you must be trying to install the operating system onto the Western Digital HDD (WD5000LPVX-22V0TT0 which can be removed and is in the dock) and that could be lose in its SATA pug and the tablet can't recognise it, this HDD can be looked at since it is situated inside the dock that can be opened after releasing some screws, so try that

    That's not the right place to find the SSD in the BIOS. There the SSD is just treated like any other HDD.
