Acer Aspire E15 laptop How to remove this CMOS Battery?

First I don't know if this is the cmos battery of my Acer Aspire E15 laptop. If it is? how can I remove this? Its different from other laptop's cmos battery. Im afraid to do some steps because I don't know if I can pull it with my barehands, Maybe its built-in with glue? Is anyone here know about this thing? Please help :anguished:

    it's a soldered battery, you need to desolder from the mainboard and solder a new one.
