Laptop runs games with terrible FPS suddenly.

I've looked everywhere for an answer as to why my Acer Nitro laptop won't run a game above 10 FPS. This isn't exact, just an estimate. The games I used to play without a problem suddenly won't work properly even on the lowest graphic settings. I've tried about everything. Reinstalled games, reinstalled drivers, reset my laptop, almost everything. I don't expect to run a game perfectly, but I don't want my computer to not run games at all. Someone has already said my processor was the reason I couldn't run games, but my laptop ran games just fine before, like I said. I have no idea what to do.

8.00 GB RAM
I left out a ton of information because I couldn't find the rest, and I don't have a clue what any of it means, so if I left something out I had no idea.
