Turn off the device and disconnect all the cables ( Including power cable )
Turn the device up side down and look for battery reset pinhole
Use a paper clip or any tool that fits in this reset pinhole then hold it for 40 sec ( without any cables connected )
post this restart the device and share the updateClick on 'Yes' to accept my comment as answer0 -
Sorry for late reply but i think there's no reset pinhole for this laptop model0

- Press and hold the Power key for 5 seconds to power the system off completely.
- Turn on the computer and press the Alt and F10 keys at the same time when the Acer logo appears on the screen.
- You should see a message that says "Please Wait" and your computer will boot to a blue screen that says "Choose an option."
- click on Advance options
- click on system restore then select a restore point

I have the same problem and still the same problem when do the last steps,
How do I fix it, I need my files to report to my master 😕😥0 -
Worst case, remove the hard disk and mount as a slave to another computer. May need reinstall hard disk and use recovery disk to restore. Can also try "last known boot" in the repair menu.
