2018 Acer Helios Predator 300-Crash When Battery Reach 40% while charging (while you using it)

Hi,                 (bad grammar)
I bought this laptop from my step-father and this is the first time i'm using laptop.When i use this laptop while charging so the laptop won't turn off because of low battery but there's a problem
while charging it.When the battery reach about 40% or 41% the laptop suddenly freeze and crash.but if i turn it off and leave it charging until it reach 100%  or more than 40% i doesn't freeze when it turn it on. so the laptop only crash or freeze if i'm using it while charging and reach 40%.can you let me know the problem because this is the first time i'm using laptop or Pc

Try running a laptop battery check utility, or take it Acer center for a battery check. Looks like a case of defective battery cells at that point.
