    Hi ZeroX
    1. Kindly remove your laptop's battery, hold down the power button for a minute.
    2. Let the laptop rest for a minute.
    3. Plug back in the battery with the charger plugged into the power source.
    4. Proceed to the safe mode using the Windows 10 bootable media.
    5. If you'll successfully access safe mode, follow the Go back to your previous version of Windows section on to go back to the previous version of Windows 10 prior the issue. If go back isn't available, follow the steps on how to perform a Restore factory settings on the section that says If go back isn't available found at the bottom part of the article.
    6. Once Go back/ Restore factory settings is done, to prevent you from getting the latest Windows features as soon as they're available, kindly defer Windows 10 upgrades by following the steps
    7. Select the Start  button, then select Settings  > Update & Security  > Windows Update .
    8. Under Update settings, select Advanced options.
    9. From the boxes under Choose when updates are installed, select the number of days you would like to defer a feature update or a quality update. Note: If your PC is managed by an organization, you may not be able to defer updates.
