TravelMate X with the ACER USB Type-C Dock has issues [TMX414-51T-56W8 ]

The TravelMate X with the ACER USB Type-C Dock has issues.

We are using the VGA port on two Dell monitors to project from the laptop.

We have an HDMI to VGA dongle and an Display Port to VGA dongle connected to the back of the ACER docking station.

The monitor using the HDMI to VGA dongle works but the display is fuzzy/blurry. I have adjusted the resolution, but haven't been able to clear up the picture.

The monitors have the following ports.

HDMI

VGA

Display Port

I have tried the USB-C port with a USB-C to VGA dongle and that didn't work.

The display driver on the laptop has been updated, as well as the system BIOS. I updated the BIOS because I couldn't get a resolution on the HDMI to VGA Dongle display to work.

This is the settings that I have on the HDMI to VGA adapter. This display is blurry

What EXACT model of your laptop?
Only Type-C 3.1 Gen2 USB ports with Thunderbolt support can transfer video.
Gen1 versions do not have native support.
