Depending on the BIOS version on that motherboard it might require enabling the secondary graphics card or disabling the onboard video. Normally on most of these machines the onboard video is automatically disabled when a GPU is inserted, but some require manual intervention by you.

Hi so I can't disable the onboard video. I can't find any setting to disable it. My bios version is P02.A2. The only thing similar is DVMT mode but It blacked out it means I can't edit it.

Yeah, that means they are trying to automatically switch to the GPU card when detected, which means it's not getting detected. I wonder if the model is old enough that the larger memory GPUs aren't supported. How much memory is on the GTX 950? Some of the older machines balk at anything over 4GB.

If the Gtx 950 gigabyte doesn't works then I try the Asus GTX 750 on my old D*ll (You know the Company)Desktop

BIOS settings. Make sure it uses PCIe graphics first. Dunno where that setting is in your BIOS though.

EDIT: Ah you tried disabling onboard. Did you have the PCIe card unplugged when you changed that setting? I recently installed a GPU in my parents' old AM3+ system and I had to unplug the GPU, go into BIOS and disable internal GPU, then install the card.

Hello again. I haven't solved this issue yet. What is the culprit?

The problem is either too new of a graphics card or a problem with the slot. The former is much more likely than the latter, I believe.
