What are the differences between the Spin 1 models SP111-33-P4VC, SP111-33-P1XD, SP111-33-P88S ?

I am researching specs for a potential Spin 1 purchase, and the Acer Product Comparison utility shows the exact same specifications for all three models:

SP111-33-P4VC;

SP111-33-P1XD;

SP111-33-P88S.

I am also unable to find the distinctions between these models in my other online research.

Can anyone provide the differences?

I would also like to know the color and case/chassis material for each model. Can this vary among retailers, or is it fixed for a particular model? (I love the gorgeous steel gray metal case for the -P6CV model, but the 3 models above have more updated and robust features.)

Please help if you can, and/or provide an Acer email address for product sales support that might have this info.

Depending on the region, there may be differences in the brand of HDD SSD (eg Hitachi, Seagate, Kingston, Samsung), wifi adapter (eg Qualcomm, Foxcomm) and slight production variations. Most if not all differences are so slight that they are not distinguished even in service manuals. So you decision to buy one or the other should be mostly based on price and vendor reputation. This model is plastic body. Perhaps as durable as the cosmetic thin gage metal bodies used in most consumer laptops . Ruggedized laptops for commercial use have heavier gage metal or carbon fiber composites and are much more expensive. Jack E/NJ

Thank you so much for taking the time to provide this info. Yes, these are the results from the Acer Product Comparison utility that I also found, which show all 3 models the same.

I am trying to determine the differences, if any. If there are no differences, why the different model numbers?

I would like to know as well the color and case material for each model, which are not shown on the Acer site. I am finding mixed info elsewhere, and I lack confidence in its accuracy.

All come in any color and material you want, as long as you want black plastic.

Most ads for the above models say "Obsidian Black" if a color is even specified, and I have seen this in the plastic cover on the C58B model (not on my list). Does "Obsidian Black" also come in the metal cover? For the P4VC model, I have seen both "Obsidian Black" (Best Buy) and "Shale Black" (Walmart) in ad descriptions. I do not know how accurate this is, nor whether the material is metal or plastic, and have yet to find this particular model in the retail stores I have visited.

So, please weigh in if you have any info. Thank you!

(But...but...that metal "steel gray" case on the SP111-32n-P6CV just looks and feels SO nice!) (But I prefer the innards of the 3 above models.) And these are not really in the price/spec range for a "build-your-own" model. (Ha!) I will just watch for a really good sale in the coming weeks.
