My laptop fell and now the screen when turned on is black with vertical and horizontal multi-colored lines and a black area in the upper right-hand part of the screen. From what I can tell, I think it has to do with the LCD, how can I fix this? I'm a struggling college student so any replies would be appreciated as soon as possible. Thanks.

    Try the below step
    1. Turn off your Chromebook.
    2. Press and hold Refresh Refresh + tap Power Shut down for 40 seconds
If the above step dont fix the issue than it should be a hardware problem. So please contact Acer

    Hi,

First we need to determine whether it is a hardware or software issue..

Turn on the computer.  Tap f2 .   It will go to Bios.

If you still see the lines on the Bios screen then it is a hardware issue.

If you see the lines on Bios, please contact the Acer technical support

I've tried resetting it and pressing f2 but nothing seems to work.
