Laptop F5-573G-574E does not work on battery help!

Laptop przestał działać na baterii po włączeniu na zasilaczu pokazywał 0% nie ładuje (wcześniej nic złego się nie działo, a bateria trzymała 4godziny grania). Wymieniłem baterię na nową oryginalną, po wymianie laptop nie chciał się włączyć tak jak na starej, a gdy podłączyłem ładowarkę, włączył się pokazało ładowanie, a bateria miała 81% nowa, po odlaczczeniu zasilacza laptop od razu gaśnie.

The laptop stopped working on the battery after turning on the power supply showed 0% does not charge (previously nothing bad happened and the battery kept playing for 4 hours). I replaced the battery with a new original, after replacing the laptop did not turn on as it did on the old one, and when I connected the charger, it turned on showed charging, and the battery was 81% new, after disconnecting the power supply the laptop immediately goes out.

Sprawdź napięcie wyjściowe wtyczki ładowarki za pomocą multimetru. Powinien wynosić około 19 woltów prądu stałego Jack E/NJ

Check voltage output of charger's plug using a multimeter. It should be about 19volts DC Jack E/NJ

Oddałem do sprawdzenia do komputerowego i stwierdzili, że uszkodzony mikrostyk od klapki czy coś takiego. Nie wiem czy to będzie przyczyna

I sent for checking to the computer and found that the damaged microstock from the flip or something. I don't know if this will be the reason
