Warranty policy / service - predator helios 300

I bought a predator helios 300 (2019th) from "Computer mania", Bangladesh and it become dead after 7 days. Then i sent it to Acer,Bangladesh service center through " Computer mania" and waited for 1 month and 10 days. They are saying that the motherboard has fault. But the motherboard is not available right now in CHINA and asking for more time. 

Now i want to know from Acer. Is it true that you guys give warranty but don't Reserve spare  parts for warranty products? It's really disappointing.

    Solaiman acer doesnt have their own repair centers in all countries (that would be crazy) most are run by 3rd party contracted repair services and they wouldnt have spare parts in stock they would have to probably ask acer for the replacement part they would need and sometimes there is always delays when it comes to 3rd party's due to paperwork needed to be filled in that if not filled properly by whoever is asking for that part it may delay a simple repair for months dunno if this is the case here or not your only solution its to keep pressing constantly and escalating your issue to the highest hierarchy available in order to get better results also there are many different variants in each model for each different country its normal that your exact replacement variant wouldnt be available straight away also what is you full model and specs

    Case id-3687906I     : It's been 25 days since my acer nitro 5 is not turning on. First it shows an error.I made a complaint an acer engineer came . he recognise that it is a motherboard issue and it needs to be changed. Customer care told me to wait for 7 working days for the motherboard. Now it's been 25 days i called customer care service several time and everytime he told me that it will take one or two days. Acer I'm really tired and getting frustrated now I'm a last year grad student and my placement season is going on . it is the time when i need my laptop most.Look into this issue and repair my laptop as soon as possible it will be very helpful
