For the last several months ive been trying to chase up extended warranties for approx. 15 Acer servers i manage. Can anyone shed some light on this subject. The server are either just out of warranty or will be out of warranty very soon. The products range from Acer 330 MkII - Acer G540 and Acer F1 series of server.
I have sent thru the serial numbers to support, and they have said i need to contact Bluechip IT. I have contacted Bluechip several times and they also are waiting for Acer.
I have seen the correspondance between Bluechip and Acer, and Acer in Australia are the ones that are holding up the process. Can anyone help me.
