Sound not coming from headphone Acer Predator Triton 300

I bought an Acer predator triton 300 3 days ago. Yesterday while playing a game I noticed that when i inserted my headphone in the laptop then sound was not coming in it instead, sound was coming from speaker itself. When i pushed headphone jack bit harder 2 - 3 times then a notification came that CAMERA IS TURNED ON and then headphone started working. Same thing happened with other earphones and headphones too. So, please tell me where is the problem? In audio drivers or in my laptop hardware? Where driver is not working or laptop headphone jack is not working? And how to fix it?

Kindly follow the details below..

Since you pushed headphone jack bit harder 2 - 3 times you might have to cleanup your headphone jack..

Clean your headphone jack

A clogged up with dirt or lint headphone jack might be the cause of the headphone-not-working issue. If this is the case, we need to clean the jack to solve the problem.

Make sure you have POWERED OFF your laptop before doing this.

Remove the cotton from the swab until it can fit inside the jack.

Insert the cotton swab inside the headphone jack and swirl around to clean the dust/lint. Be sure to do this gently so you don’t cause damage to your device.

Use Sound Troubleshooter

Go to the Settings app.

Go to Update & Security > Troubleshoot.

Click Playing Audio, and go to Run the troubleshooter

Follow further on-screen instructions.

Restart your computer.
