I'm a bit confused. Can you tell me which screwdriver should I be looking for? Does it have to be electric for that "torque" part?

You can use either with the electric screwdriver or the manual one. But its better to use the non electric screw driver.

Do you know which size these screws are?
I'm looking at this guide https://www.garagetooladvisor.com/hand-tools/screwdriver-sizes/ it's a phillips screw but im not sure about the full name, does M 2.0x4.0 mean it's 2mm wide and 4mm deep? Please tell me which one it is based on the guide im looking at. Thanks so much :)

M2 is the head of the screw diameter which is 2mm and the 4.0 is the thread length which 4mm.
