Both speakers are working on start up. Right speaker stops as soon as the predator finishes booting up.

Please go to device manager to reinstall the sound drivers..

    Run the audio troubleshooter
The audio troubleshooter might be able to fix audio problems automatically.

    To run the troubleshooter
In the search box on the taskbar, type audio troubleshooter, select Fix and find problems with playing sound from the results, then select Next.
Select the device you want to troubleshoot and then continue through the troubleshooter.
You can also launch the troubleshooter from audio Settings. Select Start  > Settings > System  > Sound  > Troubleshoot.

    Step 2

    1. In the search box on the taskbar, type device manager, then select it from the results.
    2. Select the arrow next to Sound, video and game controllers to expand it.
    3. Right-click the listing for your sound card or audio device, select Uninstall device, and then select Uninstall.

JeanEric you can also try to uninstall the audio drivers completely using a uninstaller software like your uninstaller or similar and reinstall them using the acer stock driver to see if you issue persists also check in the control panel sound/speaker properties in the levels if the balance its set correctly

It's the driver issue, I had the same issue on mine. The driver listed in the acer website under g9-593 will not work.

Download this driver ''Audio_Realtek_6.0.1.8108_W10x64_A" from acer website and uninstall the old one, and reinstall with the new one.
Restart and you will see both the speakers working.
