How to register a product when the Acer website doesnt work?

Hi guys. 
First time Acer owner. So far not happy.
Cant register the product on the Acer website since I cant select a mandatory field (date purchased)? How do I actually get something registered? And how do I get supports. Seems from the forums that Acer is actually non-responsive?

    Maybe I didnt make myself clear. The registration website sucks. It doesnt allow me to add the date. I know when I bought it. I bought it on the day Im trying to register.

    So how do I add a date to registration since its a required field which I cant complete and therefore cant register.

    Try a different browser. I was able to select purchase date.

    im trying to register my helios 300 laptop but every time i click register my product it just redirects me to the acer website home?????
