This problem has been persisting for the past couple of months and at this point I am desperate for any answers that may be the solution to this. Sometimes it will stop charging after an hour or two of normal use/gaming and I cant play anymore. Does anyone know a solution to this problem?

lbitner2 the issue its not stopping charging sit when it starts to charge when the battery hits 40% or under the adapter will start to recharge it and if youre gaming you have to stop the battery main purpose its to aid the adapter to provide enough power to the cpu/gpu to achieve high performnce on the more demanding games/tasks this is why you will have to have the battery always charged to 100% and on AC before you start any game also too many usb devices/external displays will cause battery drain make sure youre using a good self powered hub if you have many usb devices connected check you battery wear if its too much you battery its faulty will not hold enough charge in the cells to aid the adapter for enough time when this one needs to

My laptop was charging at 100% yet the problem still persisted. Is ther any setting I can change to maybe find the issue to this problem and eliminate it?
