UK CC Team Leader XXXXXXXXXXXXXX said that they will test my Acer Predator Helios 300 2018 and if there will be any problems they will fix it if not they send me back.Howevver when I received the laptop they didnt fix the issue and it keep overheating 95+ on common games even with max speed fans and cool boost. He doesnt want to solve the problem and want me to pay for it( I have a warranty).

Let us leave the manager here, and if you are willing to look at it, people on this forum can help you. Most of us here are not Acer employees and try to help each other out.
Also, repasting helps in reducing temps, true, but there are many other ways you can reduce your laptop temps. There are multiple pinned posts on here for the same. Have a look at them, and let us know if you want to proceed this way.

I mean repasting, overclocking, unvdervolting and e.g would void official Acer warranty so we can't do anything by ourself. This guys just trying to avoid the standard warranty. I just want to know if that normal practice for Acer managers to claim something and than ignoring it. I wasted 1.5 months with them and want to warn people about Acer UK.

They would not, if are within limits.
Most people here have undervolted their CPU by about 100 to 125 mV and it is all fine. Mine is set to -125.
Overclocking on laptop CPU is not recommended and would only heat it up more.
Pasting is a more complex people, and only a few have done that.

There are many other ways to be done:
    1. Undervolt CPU
    2. Optimize power plan
    3. Optimize windows

My laptop was in the 90s when I got it. With just the above changes and on windows 1903, my temps are normally about 75 with occasional peaks to low 80s.

And keep laptop underside well ventilated.

Yeah but its not the case if you play World of Warcraft on low settings. It's not a Witcher 3 or AAAA games.

Now that's a case, yes! Cos for me playing mid level games like diablo 3, even on highest, pretty stays in 60s.

lightofheaven im in the UK i bought mine in the UK and i repasted it myself no warranty was voided there arent any warranty seals on UK devices unless the shop/seller decides to put them but its not Acer in fact i even bought an extended warranty after optimizing windows/undervolting and repasting with kryonaut my max temps on all demanding games are cpu 75/80 gpu 70/75 of course you would have some spikes sometimes on the 80/85 but they are just that spikes and it all depends on how well optimized the games are because poor optimized games will create thermal issues

PS: I had the same thermal issues with mine when i repasted the stock paste was rock solid and i repasted/upgraded it in the first week i got it so if you want something done properly just do it youself and again if theres no warranty seals anywhere you will not void the warranty unless you damage/break something yourself while doing it i repasted a Nitro 5 last month or so the fans were completely blocked and he only play wow also was shutting down 5 mnts after he started temps were going 100's now after i cleaned the fans properly and repasted it with kryonaut its on 50/60's as it should

Here is the state of the nitro 5 fans before repaste

    After repaste

I'm not an Acer employee. (just here to help in the best way i can)
