Hello everyone,
I still have the factory motherboard installed in my ACER Predator. I was going to install the B360M Bazooka motherboard. Well, the 4 pin will not fit into the motherboard. I need an 8. Are there any specific PSUs that I would need? Is any generic 8 pin okay?? DESKTOP-HLIRO1K Intel Core I5 6400 @2.7GHz. (My specs) I was successful with installing the 16GB of ram, upgrade from the stock 8GB and also installing a new Graphics card: GEforce GTX 1660 TI. I tried using my friends 8 pin, but it would not turn on, no I do not remember the power. The Graphics card would run and then the entire PC would shut itself off.

Pretty much any of the power supplies will work, as long as they're big enough (500W minimum I'd say). Most aftermarket supplies come with a split 8 pin that can be used either as an eight or as a four.
