Aspire One 721-3922 - Battery Won't Charge

My AO721 netbook refuses to charge it's battery. I removed the related battery components within Device Manager, rebooted, still won't charge. Bought a replacement battery and it ran on the new battery for about half an hour but still won't charge. The netbook runs fines on it's power adapter. I tried a different power adapter and it runs fine but won't charge the battery. I downloaded and tried to install BIOS 1.18 but it doesn't work.

It's current running Windows 10 (x64) with 4GB of memory and a SSD. Battery charging was still an issue when running Windows 7 which it came with originally.

From the description posted, it seems to be "Charging Section" in the motherboard failed. It might be a particular chip pin port, which duty is to provide power supply for charging battery might gone bad. I recommend you to contact Acer Technical Support in your region https://www.acer.com/worldwide/ and check for repair options.
