Acer nitro 5 spin not turning on by power button
I have Acer Nitro 5 spin laptop( now warranty is over( 4 months ago)).
I had shut down the laptop at night around 7 or 8pm but it started automatically at 3:00 am and it was restarting continuously several times.
And the screen shows up to boot logo of acer
And it restarts again and again.
And the power button was also not working to shut down the laptop.
Restarting process goes up to 7:00 am
Then I opened up the laptop and disconnected the battery.
After that I have done all the basic steps like battery reset through battery reset pin hole,
Disconnecting the battery and hold the power button for 30 sec or 1 min. but it was of no use and laptop was not turning on.
After 10 days( i.e. today) I disconnected the laptop battery first and then also disconnected the cmos battery from motherboard and reconnected them.
I plugged the charger and laptop turned on automatically and laptop booted in to windows. Everything seems to be working fine but laptop power button was not working.
I shut down the laptop after around 2 hours but it was not turning on as power button was not working.
Again after sometime I disconnected the cmos battery from motherboard and laptop battery and reconnected it and plugged the charger and again laptop booted to windows
Every port like USB and everything was working but power button was not working.
And after shutting down the laptop.
Again the laptop didn't turned on.
Can anyone help me out?
I purchased this costly laptop and in 16 months only it created lot of problems.
In warranty period also I called Acer people to change the battery but they did't.
Acer services are very poor.
