Helios 300 PH315-52 (9750H - 1660ti) undervolting

Hey guys,

So after I've had my research and my fears are gone, it is time to do undervolt.
Thing is - all videos/guides are for other cpu's/gpu's. Plus, I prefer not using 3rd party softwares, such as TD, msi afterburner etc., but to use XTU.

What are the best values for my cpu/gpu (9750H/1660ti)? Please be as specific as you can, I am a newbie. 
Any guide/instructions how to use xtu? Or even, edit predator sens profiles (considering my cpu/gpu recommended values)?

     Thanks. So you recommend using Throttlestop instead of XTU? It doesn't conflict with predator sense when you hit the Turbo mode??

    I haven't tested it yet. However, I think there will be no problems with Predator Sense features: https://community.acer.com/en/profile/XdxD

    I suspect there will be problem in using XTU it doesn’t change power limit in my case
    Also default undervolting -125 is done not from bios it’s done by PredatorSense which means it can prevent other apps or even bios itself from setting own values
