Why won’t my Acer Predator Helios 300 turn on?

So, I’ve had my acer predator helios 300 (Model NO. N17C1) for almost a year now. Yesterday my pc had died and I never needed it to use so I didn’t charge it. But when I went to charge it didn’t work. The charging light never came out. I thought it was the Charger (still could be but I wanna make sure) so
i taped up anything I thought would affect it. No avail. After a while when pressing the power button, nothing happens. Usually it’s say “Low battery” or whatever but that didn’t happen. I’ve noticed that the only thing to happen is that the power led (indicating its on) flashes five times. I’ve looked online everyone and no one seemed to have this issue besides another acer laptop different from mine. I’ve tried everything just about. Resetting the battery on the back, leaving it for a few hours off charge. Now it’s plugged into the charger to see what will happen. I saw someone say something about taking out the ram and putting them back in? I don’t know. I want to know if it’s something besides the charger before I buy another one. (PS. The charging light doesn’t come on at all)

You said you own the notebook for almost a year. So, it is very likely that your notebook is under warranty, correct? Have you also tried to remove rams memories?

Yes it’s under warranty I believe and no I haven’t tried that. I’m not sure how to remove them.

But I would waste no time looking for a solution and would send the notebook to Acer technical service.
