I downloaded diagnostic tool form WDC website and it showed this.
I am unable to understand what this exactly means.
I have the uploaded the error message below.

    Some of the most common reasons for this type of message is that certain types of problems on the HDD that the unit can "fix" by itself have happened a bit too often, and that will eventually prevent the self-fixing process from working. So far, you have not lost any data and the unit still works, but it IS likely to fail if this continues. So NOW is the time to Backup your Data if your HDD Fail, You Have your Data Fully Backed Up.

    It would be interesting to confirm this information with crystaldiskinfo. I would also try to disconnect hdd and reconnect it again, to check if it's just a bad connection. If the problem still remains, I will agree with colleague tech_man on a possible hdd failure.
