I have a problem with SSD making high pitch noise and I read you have to disable C State on your BIOS to fix it. But when I looked into the BIOS it didnt have that option. Are there other ways to fix the issue?

Did you try to see if it is a problem with the SSD itself? What brand of SSD is that?

Micron_1100_MTFDDAV512TBN. The Noise is defiently coming from the SSD.

That's exactly what I have, been using it over a year and a half, and there is no sound whatever coming from it. It looks like a case of a defective SSD.

Disabling C state means disabling power saving features, and is not a recommended fix. I would suggest getting the SSD replaced (warranty or not).
