    Hi peezy253

    Press Windows key + X
    Click Windows PowerShell (Admin)
    At the command prompt, type the following then hit Enter:

    Get-AppXPackage *WindowsStore* -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

    Restart, then try launching the Store again.

    Hi, Good Morning! sorry to hear it. Since it is a new unit, kindly try to do a factory reset by following steps. It will bring the unit to default settings.
    1) Kindly go to Settings.
    2) Select Update and Security.
    3) Select Recovery.
    4) Select Reset This Pc, then select Remove Everything, then select Fully Clean the Drive.
    5) Plug-in the unit with the charger and leave aside. This process will bring the unit to Factory Settings.
         If even after doing the Factory Reset doesn't fix the issue, what I suggest you is, to check with the store.

    Kindly click "YES" to "Did this answer the question" if my answer helped you!
    Thank you and have a Blessed Day  :3

    If this is the only way then i will have to pass..ive already factory reset this laptop for another issue..

    Create a new local (non microsoft account linked) user. Normally, if the store is present at some level but removed at your user level, this should have the store present for the newly created user.
    Let me know how this goes for you.

    peezy253 perform an acer stock recovery clean install (will delete/format everything) backup whatever you need first ALT+F10 on boot and delete everything option personally i would just create a local user offline account do not create a user online account linked to ms because you can login into the apps normally if needed on a local user account

    PS:windows store comes pre installed by default with windows it can be uninstalled/reinstalled via powershell so probably someone messed up something playing around with it
