I bought a Acer Chromebook in January 2019 and it’s keeps turning off even when it’s fully charged. I’ve sent it to Acer twice to be fixed and it’s still not fixed. The first time they replaced the battery and the second time they said they couldn’t replicate the problem. This is my daughters laptop that she uses for school and it’s impossible for her to write papers when it continues to turn itself off whenever it feels like it. Can someone please help. I really can’t afford to go out and purchase a new one.

    Try the below steps:
    1. Turn off your Chromebook.
    2. Press and hold Refresh Refresh + tap Power Shut down for 30 seconds. Than turn on the unit and check

We power washed it, wiped it clean and reset settings, sent it back twice. Literally everything! Is there anything else?
