Nvidia Driver? Aspire A715-71g

I have Acer Aspire A715-71g with nvidia 1050ti gpu, my question is i want to update nvidia driver as there some game want to update driver but the problem is before 6 or 7 months ago when i update my driver to new version throw geforce experience i face problems when playing game like fps drops, games crashes so then i go roll back to old driver but now i want to update again as some new games only run new driver so how i can updated the driver without facing prblem like fps drops or other similar problem, i read on some forums to use ddu. i am highly appricated if someone explain and help me to install the new driver.

You are correct, use DDU to get a clean uninstall of your current driver then download the updated drivers from here
