e bios if im completely off here you'll have to excuse me im new to this I just want to experience the 2.70ghz speed verses the 1.10ghz or does it do it on its own (put it into 2.70ghz)

In fact, no processor works at the maximum clock all the time. However, you can put the notebook on high performance.

My new acer spin1 have problem with battery it says no battery present i tried internal battery reset by pressing power button for 15 seconds it doesn't work and stills says so

@Nischal16 you should start a new thread with your question so you can mark it solved when it has been answered. Be sure to include the model number, Spin 1 could be any of a whole bunch of different models.
