Need desprate help Predetor Orion 3000-600

Just bought a Predetor Orion 3000-600, its 1 week old but has already a big problem. Cant connect to wifi or any sorts of internet. It gives this message, please help I'm kinda young and inexperienced in PC stuff

    BIOS default: power on the unit, but as soon as you power on the unit keep pressing the DELETE key so that it take you 
    to BIOS page. Press F9 and press Enter than press F10 and press Enter. the unit will restart, than check .

    Yes! It worked, the retailer said that they need to change something from the hardware. I thought It really was strange since the PC is 1 weeks old. So does this happen often or do I need to change something for it to not happen often?
