    Hi

    Power reset your laptop
    Turn off your laptop.
Remove the AC adapter cable, hard drives, the battery and any other attached peripheral devices.
Press and hold the Power button for 30 seconds and release. Your laptop will boot up and turn off during this time period.
Put your battery back in and plug the charger. Then don’t plug anything else.
Press the Power button as normal to turn on your laptop.
Your laptop should start normally now.
    :-Try for BIOS Default

    1. Power on the system. As soon as the first logo screen appears, immediately press F2 for notebooks or Delete for desktops to enter UEFI.
    2. Press F9 and then Enter to load the default configuration.
    3. Press F10 and then Enter to save and exit.

I think you need Recovery Disk or Recovery Flash drive to reset the computer, please Visit https://store.acer.com/index.html f

and before you get Recovery Disk, please check your HDD was Detecting On BIOS.

    Hi Anna19

Changing the Boot order in the BIOS settings

    1. Power on the system. As soon as the first logo screen appears, immediately press the F2 key, or the DEL key if you have a desktop, to enter the BIOS.
    2. Press the RIGHT ARROW key to select Boot.
    3. Press the DOWN ARROW key to select Boot Order.
    4. Use the F5 or F6 key to change the order.
    5. Press the F10 key to save changes and restart the system.

Changing the Boot order from the Boot menu

    1. Check that the F12 Boot Menu function is enabled on your system: please visit our knowledge base article Enabling the boot device menu.
    2. Power on your computer. When the first logo screen shows, press repeatedly the F12 key to enter the Boot menu.
    3. Use the UP or DOWN ARROW key to select the drive from which to load the operating system and press the ENTER key to confirm.

Press the Power button to start the computer and repeatedly press the F2 key to enter the BIOS Setup menu. Use the Right Arrow or Left Arrow keys to Boot Option and check 1st and 2ed or 3rd boot able device, it will like (example:-Hdd0,sdd wcdtosibaaw)
