Hi guys.

blinks blue as a sign that its charging, and when i press the power button the other signal is also blue. Even if it blinks blue the screen is completely black and the keyboard is not lightint.

I have tried restaring the laptot through the pinhole multiple times, i have even let the battery drain out over the night, and i have opened the laptop and cleaned it from dust. Nothinh have helped yet... can anyone help me?

    Hi Charlie97

    1. Power on the system. As soon as the first logo screen appears, immediately press F2 for notebooks or Delete for desktops to enter UEFI, please check hard drive is detecting on bios and then
    2. Press F9 and then Enter to load the default configuration.
    3. Press F10 and then Enter to save and exit.
*Try for Safe Mode with Network
    1. Press and hold the Power key for 5 seconds to power the system off completely.
    2. Press the Power key to turn on the computer.
    3. Press the Alt and F10 keys at the same time when the Acer logo appears on the screen. Your system should boot to a blue screen that says Choose an option.
    4. Select Troubleshoot> Advance Options>Startup Settings> Safe Mode with Networking
    5. if Safe Mode with Networking dont work, Please try for system restore
