how can i run a system diagnostic in my laptop acer e5-575g. I really want to know if my battery is

The laptop have been heating a lot and am nt sure about battery consumption yet its draining quiet a lot

To check the battery you can either use Acer Care or some third party software such as BatteryInfoView or BatteryCare.

Today's lithium-ion batteries are built entirely differently from the old nickel-cadmium batteries.
Internal cells require from time to time a reset and call process to maintain the associated load.

Hwmonitor says its wear level is at 37%
I did watch a movie of 2 hrs at full brightness and 50% battery was drained is it normal??? bdw my battery full charge capacity is 26000 earlier it was 41000

e5-575g-50zz is the name i found it on the back i so are u saying draining 50-55% battery while watching a 2 hrs movie at full brightness is normal. and u know resetting doesn't hela an hardware issue also callibrating is a myth according to some sources

what abt the battery backup thins is it fine its its  two years old got anything to say abt that

Actually the battery usage time will drain the battery life.
But keeping the cells calibrated is really necessary for proper functioning.
