The laptop have been heating a lot and am nt sure about battery consumption yet its draining quiet a lot

Then use HWMonitor and print the temperatures and post here.
To check the battery you can either use Acer Care or some third party software such as BatteryInfoView or BatteryCare.

I did watch a movie of 2 hrs at full brightness and 50% battery was drained is it normal??? bdw my battery full charge capacity is 26000 earlier it was 410000 -
