The whites, blacks, darker colors, and even text looks awful on the new monitor i just bought.
The Acer XF250Q Cbmiiorx 24.5" 240hz Monitor. I've spent 6+ hours in the past few days messing with the colors, all the different settings, calibration, and all that other stuff and cannot find a good setting for this. So i think that it might be the vision Eyecare and i want to try to disable it. Does anyone know of a way?

I would recommend you to set monitor to defaults. Alternatively update the monitor drivers from acer website and this should take care of the issue.
