Factory reset question

I had a nightmare experience trying to buy this predator 300.  Long story short I got a display model.  I need to do a factory reset on it as it still has some programs and stuff from being a display model.  What's the best way to reset it and I am I going to lose anything important installed from Asus?

Thanks in advance

Well from asus you wont loose anything because if you have a predator its from Acer not asus and a factory stock reset its performed by pressing ALT+F10 on boot and choosing delete all files to perform a clean install it will return to what it was when it was booted for the first time out of the box but bare in mind to backup anything you need first because it will format the drive completely
