I have a V5-571p with a strange issue. The battery icon shows 0% available (plugged in) nothing else no (not charging) or (charging). The icon sometimes looks like it's charging. I downloaded batteryinfoview and attached images of it's readings. It bounces between (AC Power), (Charging AC Power), (Critical, AC Power), and (Critical, Charging, AC Power). I purchased a replacement battery that does the same thing stuck at 0% and another from the same seller. All 3 are doing the same thing. The laptop sat for a decent time which is why I assumed the first battery was junk. I also updated the bios to 2.18. The AC adapter seems to be just fine, I also replaced both the dc jack and the battery connector to the motherboard. Any help would be appreciated.

I also tried the method of unplugging the computer and battery and holding the power button for 2min. And removing the windows drivers and reinstalling them?
