How can i reset my PC

I had reset my PC from recovery to reset this PC. Then it starts to reset upto 100%. after completing the process. there is showing 'undoing changes' then after completing this there is showing 'There was problem resetting your PC.

        Hi, kindly try to do a reset by following the below steps. Try this method and if you face any error, post the result here.

    Reset PC using Alt + F10:
    ********
    1)Press and hold the Power key for 5 seconds to power the system off completely and unplug all the cables.
    2)Press and hold down the Alt key,press the Power key to turn on the computer.Immediately start tapping the F10 key while you are still holding down the Alt key.
    3)Your system should boot to a blue screen that says Choose an option.
    4)Select Troubleshoot.
    5)Click Reset your PC. This process will erase all data on the your system.
    6)Click Next, then select Just remove my files.
    7)Click Reset to begin the recovery.

             Also if the Alt key is making some error, try with AltGr key as well.

    instead of doing that , just do a clean install of the latest win 1903. much better imho.
