How to stop overheating? I’m out of solutions

After hours of browsing forums, I need to ask a question myself, my Acer Predator Helios 300 has been overheating since after the first couple months of purchase back in January of 2018.

I have done/taken the following procedures to fix this:
-Purchased cooling pad
-Max fans when gaming
-Undervolting by -120
-Set all game settings to minimum (more on this later)
-Limited max cpu usage to 95%
-Capped all games to 60 FPS
+more optimizations

The thing that annoys me most out of any other part of this is that my GPU can handle high quality games at 60 FPS with no problem ultra settings. But...whenever I do set my settings to max, the cpu temps become EXTREMELY high and starts thermal throttling frequently, making the game unplayable.

The only thing I have not attempted was the repasting of the cpu and gpu. I guess my only questions are—
Will repasting play a high role in lowering my cpu temps?
-And-
Is there any other suggestions that may also work?

Thank you

@SteamDoggo  well since you had already undervolted/optimized windows i suspect your issue now comes to cleaning your fans and repaste it with kryonaut or similar bare in mind gaming laptops should be repasted once per year depending on the heavy usage and the paste you have on it and let me tell you that the stock paste (from any manufacturer in general) will not help at all :p im saying this by experience if you can without voiding the warranty it should be the first thing to do when getting any laptop to repaste it with proper thermal paste

I heard the stock paste that Acer applies is not of high quality and does not last long so maybe it will solve the problem! Thanks
