Hi all,

I'm planning to upgrade my laptop's ram and add-in an m.2 ssd. I have been searching all over the internet for the user manual of my laptop so that i can see the specifications on what compatible ram i should buy and how many slots of ram do i have, Unfortunately,  i can't seem to find it. I tried looking at my task manager and it says that i have used 1 out of 4 slots and the speed is 2133mhz. i tried searching online for the specs and some site says it only has 2 slots. i have also used cpu-z and it says that the speed is 2400mhz. I already am confused on which ram i should buy and i worry that the ssd i'm going to buy which is the samsung 970 evo plus isn't compatible. i just don't want to waste my money buying the wrong stuff and im hoping that all of you can put me in the right direction.

    Good evening larc !

As for RAM, this model supports up to a maximum of 32Gb RAM (2 slots, 2x16Gb each) So-DIMM DDR4 2133Mhz

As for SSD, there are not all models that have M2 slot.
Check by opening the back of your device to find out if it has the M2 slot.
If so, will it support Sata 3 or PCIe Gen 3x2
