hi guys! its been a week since i bought my laptop. it is my first time to have a gaming laptop. i accidentally updated my nvidia gtx 1650 to studio driver. i downloaded DDU knowing from the videos i watched. i did it 5x becoz of the error not compatible with my system, after i thoroughly searched, i downloaded the wrong file, it should be DCH. Now i installed the DCH package but the thing is i feel my laptop is not working properly like something went wrong. i also forgot to make a back up.

should i reset it to factory settings? nothing will happen?
if i reset it to factory settings, it will work fine as my first time to use it?

Important: disable your antivirus or security program. (Disable permanently option) Don't uninstall

    then follow steps below:
    1. Go to Device Manager -> Display Driver -> right click (1650) -> Click uninstall device then restart laptop.
    2. After restart go to -> search bar and type-> Add remove-> at the add remove page-> click programs and features (upper right) -> then remove all the studio drivers and Nvidia drivers.-> restart laptop
    3. After restart, go back to Device manager-> enable the 1650
    4. Download Nvidia experience from nvidia website and reinstall drivers
    5. Restart laptop and do Windows update.

When everything is back to normal don't forget to (Enable) your antivirus or security program. Good Luck!

This should fix your battery issues

    1. Right click your desktop-> click Nvidia Control Panel -> Click restore to defaults (restart if needed)
    2. In the search bar type-> power -> Power & sleep Settings -> Click Additional power settings (Upper Right) -> Choose Balanced
    3. Don't forget to plug-in your laptop to 100%, but do note that when Gaming with battery only, battery life is only 2 to 3 hrs. Hence its always best to be Plugged In when Gaming.

When gaming your battery MUST be charged to 100% BEFORE gaming and KEPT plugged in and on the charger while gaming, if not your CPU will throttle back to approximately half it's speed and your games will lag etc..
