Acer not helping with Warranty!

I had problem with my laptop keys not working. I registered for onsite warranty on 25th of July and on 31st of July an engineer visited my house. After inspection. he put on an replacement request for the keyboard. Today it's 18th  of August and still I have not heard from Acer. I tried contacting Acer customer service, they told me they will look into it but it's been no help. What should I do? (I am from Maharashtra, India)
