Theas are my throttlestop settings for anyone with a ph517-51 game profile is stable @3.9ghz and cool no more that 76° during hardcore games eg battlefield set to ultra.

Question 1
I want to start undervolting further but I'm concerned that if I blue screen and then reboot that I'll get stuck in boot cycle due to T'S undervolt.
How do you prevent boot cycling?  

Question 2
Should I lower tpl power max since I only draw 59W ?

Figured out to prevent boot cycling I just remove T'S from taskscheduler so it does not start on windows boot.
