Hi,
It may depend on usage pattern, compare the settings in Advanced Power Settings for Battery with my settings and let us know, you shouldn't let the battery completely drained before charging, it may affect the battery, you could also try a manual calibration to see the accurate readings.

It's very difficult for me to say as battery life depends on many factors, did you charge the battery fully before starting to use the laptop for the first time? we normally ignore and start using straight away but these small precautions matter, sometimes you need few power cycles to get the battery settled, so I would suggest you to monitor it's behaviour but it's not something serious to be concerned.

Hi,
There will be some wear of battery regardless of how you use the laptop, I was asking whether you charged the battery fully when you received the laptop as new, I don't think anything wrong with your battery.

That may be the problem, keep an eye on the wear level, if it doesn't get worse, you can ignore it.0

Hi,
I don't think so but no harm in trying a battery reset.

As I said earlier, keep monitoring the wear level, if it gets worse, please contact Acer support centre in your region and send it for Service under warranty.
