Hi,I haven't tried this because I don't have your model, so please backup your system so that if anything goes wrong, you can always recover your system, now follow this guys procedure to install Nitrosense and see whether it helps.
Hi,It could be the remnants of previous installation causing the problem, please install Revo Uninstaller free program, after uninstalling delete all left over files(will be shown in bold letters) when using Revo uninstaller. https://www.wikihow.com/Uninstall-Using-Revo-Uninstaller
