I have constant guard, supplied by Xfinity, on my computer. When I to to enter a new account I get

I have constant guard, supplied by Xfinity, on my computer.  I went to add an account and I recieved the message below and I need to know how to correct it in simple lament terms.  I am not real computer savey. The accounts I have in Constant Guard work fine.  I just can't add the one I want.

 

Message:  One or more ActiveX controls could not be displayed because either: 1) Your current seurity settings prohibit reunning ActiveX controls on this page or 2) You have blocked a publisher of one of the controls.

 

I do not know what I did to get this message and I need to fix it so I can add an account to Constant Guard.  Please help
