I am currently trying to undervolt my triton 500 and throttlestop does a pretty good job. Though I wanted to do it in a lower level so I don’t have daemons running in the background. How can I modify the bios in order to adjust such settings?

I don't think such possibility is even there through BIOS as Acer provides a minimalistic locked BIOS for every laptop it makes.

Sure but do you know of a way to unlock the bios?

Nope, as this community forbids doing that.
