Does Swift 3 SF315-52 supports M.2 PCIe 3.0?

Hi! I have a Swift 3 SF315-52-81HD, that has a SSD M.2 Sata 256Gb.
I want to know if I can add an extra SSD M.2 PCIe 3.0 x4 or I have to remove the SSD Sata in order to do that.

    Hi,
You have to remove the M.2 SATA SSD to install a NVMe/PCIe SSD.

    Good afternoon LSikh20 !

This series has several models that may vary characteristics by region and country.
By default, it only has one M.2 2280 slot for both Sata 3 and PCIe NVMe Gen3x4
But it is possible to install a standard 2.5 "inch Sata 3 SSD.

connector yes, both may fit but M.2 PCIe NVMe storages with M key may not operate on these models, only M.2 SATA storages will work...

Would be nice to have any document obtained from trusted source which clearly indicates supported type of interface for each key type on each laptop

    Hi,
I am not sure about the link you posted but there are people who have installed NVMe SSD, please read the thread:https://community.acer.com/en/discussion/563668/acer-swift-3-sf315-52-534x-upgrade-question
