Recently, I have noticed that my laptop stops charging when the battery meter shows 95% (It is plugged whole time). So, does anything go wrong?
My laptop is Acer Nitro 5, thanks.

    Good evening vulongc3 !

What EXACT model of your laptop?
    Have you reset the battery?
What power plan are you using?

My laptop is AN515-53 and I selected the balanced plan. I've never reset the battery before.

It just like this, stopped charging.

AN515-53 is just the handset series.
The EXACT model has format, as an example, like this: AN515-53-55G9

I suggest you use the high performance plan and perform battery reset and calibration.

    Do two things.
First, reset the battery, you will find a pinhole on the underside of the laptop, turn off and unplug the laptop, push a straightened paperclip through the pinhole and press for 10 seconds then leave the laptop turned off for 1 hour, then finally plug it in and power up.
Second, the battery has a meter type feature that gives you the 95%, this can get screwed up and it may in fact be at 100%. To fix this use your laptop on battery power until it discharges just below 10%, then recharge the battery and repeat 2 more times, this resets the battery meter

Also the "Power Mode when plugged in" should be set to "Best performance"

I asked you to do these 2 things, in order to help you further please do them and report back

    Do two things.
First, reset the battery, you will find a pinhole on the underside of the laptop, turn off and unplug the laptop, push a straightened paperclip through the pinhole and press for 10 seconds then leave the laptop turned off for 1 hour, then finally plug it in and power up.

Also the "Power Mode when plugged in" should be set to "Best performance" so please move the slider in your pic above to Best performance, there is absolutely no point in having your laptop in battery saver when plugged in
